We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in the Solar PV design and renewable energy sector. You will be trained to design rooftop and ground\-mounted solar systems, prepare layouts and electrical drawings, and support project execution and performance monitoring. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and work on live solar projects.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities : <\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Assist in designing rooftop and ground\-mounted solar PV systems.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Learn and use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, SolarLabs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support system sizing and energy generation calculations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare SLDs, layouts, and wiring diagrams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Help create Bills of Materials (BOM).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with Sales and Execution teams for technical support.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor plant performance and assist O&M teams.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Learn industry standards and best practices in solar design.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Freshers are welcome (0\u20131 year experience).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is a plus.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good learning attitude and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a team and communicate well.<\/span><\/span>
