Design Manager

We are looking for Design Manager, who can enhance the online presence of our clients\u2019 brands with eye\-catching and professional designs on their app and web. Able to manage a team of junior/mid\-level designers. You will work alongside the project team and understand the design requirement, create concepts, and develop them into engaging designs. Experience in visual/creative design and ability to contribute to creative brainstorming sessions is a must. These designs may include Seasonal Stores, Category Landing Page Experiences, or an app Homepage Revamp. You will work closely with our Design team and copywriters to strategize and learn the metrics behind each asset. Requirements<\/h3>
6\-8 years of Industry Experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>● As a team leader and able to manage a team of junior/mid\-level designers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● A strong portfolio showing training and potential.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Have experience as a team leader in the past<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Lead end\-to\-end projects for the category.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● A deep understanding of the Design Thinking Process & Wireframing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Exceptional skills with applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, after effects, InDesign, excel, basic <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>google slides and ppt & Invision.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Strong time management skills with the ability to balance deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Strong self\-motivation and drive to succeed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Excellent attention to detail.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Ability to guide and mentor other designers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>● Ability to independently manage stakeholders (Myntra,Flipkart,Amazon ,Cult fit, Lenskart etc\-) for projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
