Desktop Engineer
Operating Hours:
Mon-Fri: 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM / Sat:Need to rotate to cover alternate Sat from 08:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
time-off will be arranged for Sat.
Job Requirement:
- ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support.
- 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or their equivalent:- CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD 102
- Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages.
- Open to commuting to different part of Singapore to perform required work
- Demonstrate knowledge in the support of workstations, and related components
- Effectively communicates with teammates and managers
- Equivalent / similar Certificates
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
- ITIL Foundation (for service/support basics)
- Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST IT Support)
