Job Title: Desktop Support

Location: Columbia, SC

Duration: 6 months

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems in a client/server environment
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer and network problems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to drive and travel to satellite centers in Indian land SC and Chester SC to provide support.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience providing technical support to pc users in an enterprise environment
  • Experience backing up user files, imaging pcs, and restoring data
  • Networking experience installing and maintaining workgroup level equipment such as cabling, switches, and ap’s

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

A+, Net+, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications

Associate degree in Computer Science or Electronics Technology
