Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 6 months
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems in a client/server environment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer and network problems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to drive and travel to satellite centers in Indian land SC and Chester SC to provide support.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience providing technical support to pc users in an enterprise environment
- Experience backing up user files, imaging pcs, and restoring data
- Networking experience installing and maintaining workgroup level equipment such as cabling, switches, and ap’s
PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
A+, Net+, CCNA, Microsoft Certifications
