Detailer

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Detailer, you'll be responsible for restoring and maintaining high-value vehicles to showroom-or-better condition. This is a hands-on, craftsmanship-driven role for someone with a sharp eye, steady hands, and a deep respect for the vehicles in our care. You'll will be responsible for delivering results that protect both the vehicle and our brands reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform full interior and exterior detailing on luxury and exotic vehicles, including wash, decontamination, clay bar, polishing, and protection
Execute multi-stage paint correction to remove swirls, scratches, and imperfections while preserving clear coat
Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, waxes, and paint protection film (PPF) to manufacturer and product specifications
Deep-clean and condition interiors, including leather, Alcantara, suede, carpet, trim, and delicate surfaces
Inspect each vehicle under proper lighting and conduct final quality checks
Handle every vehicle with extreme care, following safe driving, lifting, and parking procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and properly care for tools and equipment
Track product usage and communicate inventory needs to management
Deliver discreet, professional, and courteous service to a high-end clientele

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional automotive detailing experience, minimum 2 years required
Strong working knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and techniques (DA/rotary polishers, extractors, steamers, etc.)
Keen attention to detail and high personal standards for quality
Ability to follow processes precisely and work efficiently without cutting corners
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred experience with ceramic coating application paint correction, PPF installation
Experience with handling luxury, exotic, or collectors’ vehicles, as well as manufacturer or product-line certifications (e.g., coating brands)
