Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an RV & Boat Detailer who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and understands that presentation matters. This is a physically active position that primarily works outdoors cleaning, and preparing RVs, boats, trailers, and other large vehicles.

Job Duties

• Wash, dry, and detail Rvs and boats
• Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning using approved methods and equipment
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean, safe, and organized
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers when needed

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors for the majority of the workday in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity, and direct sun exposure
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
