DevOps Engineer

As we continue to grow our engineering team in Bulgaria, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building scalable, reliable systems.

Your Role:

• You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our infrastructure by working closely with our engineering teams to:
• Deploy, operate, and scale our development and production environments
• Automate processes and streamline workflows across the organization
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dev, test, and production systems
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security

What You Bring:

Core Expertise

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (OCI preferred, AWS/GCP/Azure also relevant)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices — CI/CD, automation, security, cost optimization
• Hands-on experience with containers — Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience managing production systems with high availability (24/7)
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
• Infrastructure & Automation
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Consul, etc.)
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Ruby

Monitoring & Tooling

• Experience with monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos)
• Familiarity with logging systems (ELK, Graylog, Splunk)
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab workflows and automation
• Mindset

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (when needed)
