We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team,\ncombining expertise in AWS services and incident management with professional\nservices to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. The role\ninvolves supporting infrastructure, resolving incidents, optimizing systems,\nand participating in project implementations.

Responsibilities and Duties<\/b>

Support:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Record\n and classify received incidents, focusing on immediate efforts to restore\n failed services.
    <\/li>
  • Manage\n and troubleshoot AWS services, including EC2, S3, ECS, EBS, backups, ELB,\n SNS, and SES.
    <\/li>
  • Assign\n unresolved incidents to appropriate teams for further analysis.
    <\/li>
  • Log\n incident and service request details with accurate categorization and\n prioritization.
    <\/li>
  • Keep\n users updated on incident status at agreed intervals.
    <\/li>
  • Link\n incidents with related records (e.g., changes, problems, knowledge\n articles).
    <\/li>
  • Investigate\n and diagnose incidents and service requests to determine root causes.
    <\/li>
  • Verify\n resolution with users and update incident details in ConnectWise.
    <\/li>
  • Escalate\n major incidents and those at risk of breaching SLAs to the manager.
    <\/li>
  • Document\n troubleshooting steps, service restoration details, and knowledge\n articles.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor\n and optimize infrastructure usage for improved performance and\n cost\-efficiency.

    Professional Services:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with the Project Management team for\neffective client product implementations.
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Report regularly to the Project Management team\non assigned projects and milestones.
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hire, train, mentor, and track progress of team\nmembers within the professional services department.
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute product implementation and configuration\nin line with client requirements.
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct proof\-of\-concept implementations to\nshowcase product capabilities.
    <\/p>

    · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain timely communication with clients at\nvarious project stages to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
