Dialler Administrator

Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of a Dialler Administrator. The role will be responsible for the first line of communication \u2013 dialler individual to liaise across departments and clients to collect data for multiple dialler campaigns. Data is loaded daily as per the queuing requirements of the client and operation.

Responsibilities will include:

\u2022\tSystem support purchased and in\-house developed.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tNew Client Code creation.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDaily Debit Order checks.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tPBX configuration.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tAsterisk system support with some levels of Development and scripting.

<\/div>\u2022\t3 years of Asterisk system experience.
<\/div>\u2022\t5 Years of Dialer administration and setup experience.
<\/div>\u2022\t5 Years of SQL knowledge and experience with some data analytics.
<\/div>\u2022\tQuality assurance and development testing (Advantage).
