GlenFlora in Lumberton, NC, is a vibrant, resident-centered community dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults. Our team works together to inspire joy, purpose, and engagement every day, and we are looking for part-time Dietary Aides to join our caring team.

Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide, you will help prepare and produce meals in accordance with food safety regulations and individual dietary needs. You will also assist with maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and support additional tasks within the dietary department as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of $14 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional $4 per hour for weekend hours
• Additional $2 per hour if a teammate opts out of benefits
• Benefits, including medical coverage and PTO, begin after 30 days
• Free medical insurance option available with a $0 premium
