Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate meal distribution and ensure timely delivery of food services to patients.
• Liaise with kitchen, nursing, and ward staff to support daily food service operations.
• Monitor patients’ dietary requirements and ensure meals are served accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within assigned areas.
• Attend to patients’ feedback and provide service support to enhance patient experience.

Requirements

• Passionate in serving patients and providing good customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
• Prior experience in healthcare or F&B environment will be an added advantage.
