Dietitian
This position is located in the Healthcare Services Department, Armed Forces Retirement Home, Gulfport, MS.
As a Dietitian, you will: Be responsible for the timely nutritional evaluation and for assessment of residents admitted to the medical areas Be responsible for developing and implementing nutritional screening on every resident of AFRH Plan cycle therapeutic diet menus and analyze nutritional content of regular and modified diets Be responsible for developing, planning and implementing the required manuals and documentation to meet the dietary standards for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
