Business Development & Revenue Growth<\/b>

  • Develop and execute strategies to secure high\-value partnerships<\/b> for digital marketing and media services.<\/b>

  • Lead corporate sales pitches<\/b>, presenting Uliza Agency and Uliza Links as premium service providers<\/b> for brands, businesses, and organizations.
    <\/li>
  • Identify, negotiate, and close large\-scale marketing & media contracts<\/b> with clients across corporate, entertainment, and commercial sectors.<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Follow up on all leads aggressively<\/b>, ensuring an 80%+ conversion rate.<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets<\/b> for digital marketing campaigns, content production, and media services.

    Strategic Partnerships & Client Expansion<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Develop partnerships with brands, advertising agencies, influencers, PR firms, event companies, and corporate clients.<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Grow the agency\u2019s presence across Kenya and internationally<\/b>, targeting businesses, government agencies, NGOs, and media houses.<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Build and manage long\-term client relationships<\/b> to ensure repeat business and upsell additional services.

      Sales & Reporting<\/b>

      • Maintain detailed sales reports, partnership updates, and revenue tracking<\/b> using Excel.<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Prepare and deliver high\-quality proposals, presentations, and contract documents<\/b> using Microsoft Word.<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Provide weekly and monthly reports<\/b> on sales performance, partnership deals, and revenue projections.<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Conduct market research<\/b> to identify new opportunities and competitive strategies.

        Qualifications & Skills Required<\/b>

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.<\/b>
          <\/li>
        • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, corporate sales, or agency partnerships.<\/b>
          <\/li>
        • Proven ability to close high\-value corporate deals<\/b> in digital marketing, branding, media, or production.
          <\/li>
        • Strong leadership and negotiation skills<\/b> to drive revenue and secure long\-term partnerships.
          <\/li>
        • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/b> for data tracking and reporting.
          <\/li>
        • Experience in writing proposals, sales contracts, and presentations<\/b> using Microsoft Word.
          <\/li>
        • Deep understanding of the digital marketing and media industry<\/b>, including ad campaigns, content production, and social media growth.
