Digital Ambassador (1 year contract) #TNKC
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries on banking products, services, and digital platforms
- Guide customers on the use of self-service channels, including mobile banking, online banking, and other digital services
- Support customers with basic troubleshooting and digital onboarding activities
- Promote the adoption of digital banking and cashless payment solutions through customer education and engagement
- Provide information on banking products and services and refer customers to relevant specialists when required
- Gather customer feedback and support initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and digital solutions
- Support branch operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
