Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries on banking products, services, and digital platforms
• Guide customers on the use of self-service channels, including mobile banking, online banking, and other digital services
• Support customers with basic troubleshooting and digital onboarding activities
• Promote the adoption of digital banking and cashless payment solutions through customer education and engagement
• Provide information on banking products and services and refer customers to relevant specialists when required
• Gather customer feedback and support initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and digital solutions
• Support branch operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
