Looking for a customer-facing role in a banking environment? Join a digital-focused customer engagement team and help customers adopt modern banking solutions.

✨ What You'll Do:
• Assist customers with banking enquiries and digital banking services
• Guide customers on mobile banking apps, online banking, and self-service channels
• Support customers in setting up and using digital banking platforms
• Promote cashless payment solutions and digital adoption
• Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues and escalate when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and improve customer experience
• Gather feedback to support service improvement
