Digital Asset Operations

You will manage day-to-day digital asset operations including monitoring transactions, exchanges and transfers to ensure accuracy, security and compliance. You will implement robust security measures to protect digital assets from hacks, fraud and unauthorized access; stay updated with the latest security practices. You will ensure compliance with relevant crypto regulations and implement procedures and documentation. You will collaborate with the technical team to maintain blockchain networks supporting digital assets, monitor performance, address issues, and propose improvements to optimize efficiency and scalability. You will maintain accurate records of digital assets, including ownership and transactions, and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors. You will continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations, propose improvements and automation, and stay updated with trends and developments in the crypto industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency management are a plus.
• Proven experience in digital asset operations, preferably within the crypto industry.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Familiarity with crypto wallets, custody solutions, and secure key management.
• Strong understanding of crypto regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, and trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing crypto industry landscape.
