Demand Generation Manager Location: Latin America (Remote Required) Most marketing roles measure likes and clicks. This one measures pipeline and revenue. We’re looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager with deep B2B experience driving pipeline growth for US markets through paid media, CRO, and full-funnel marketing campaigns. The role sits within the internal GTM team and is ideal for someone who enjoys building and optimizing a demand engine from the ground up. What You’ll Own Pipeline Generation * Own marketing-generated pipeline with a direct focus on qualified opportunities and revenue impact * Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, LinkedIn, email, and content * Partner closely with Sales to refine ICP targeting, improve lead quality, and optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel Paid Media & CRO * Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads * Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages, demo funnels, and high-intent website experiences * Continuously identify funnel drop-offs and improve performance through testing and data analysis Systems & Analytics * Track and report on funnel metrics, attribution, and pipeline performance * Manage HubSpot workflows including lead capture, routing, automation, and reporting * Build scalable systems and automations that improve operational efficiency and campaign execution What We’re Looking For * 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing * Proven experience generating pipeline for US-based B2B buyers * Strong hands-on paid media experience with direct ownership of campaign optimization * Demonstrated CRO experience with measurable performance improvements * Experience working within mid-market or high-growth environments * Strong HubSpot proficiency (or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platform) * Based in Latin America What Separates Good from Great * You think in pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics * You’ve successfully operated within lean or one-person demand generation teams * You move quickly, test constantly, and make decisions based on performance data * You’re comfortable writing conversion-focused copy and building landing page experiences yourself * You confidently challenge assumptions when the data supports it Why Join? * 100% remote work environment * Strong culture focused on growth, ownership, and collaboration * Competitive compensation with regular performance-based reviews * Health and wellness benefits including medical coverage and mental health support * Paid time off, holidays, and family-friendly benefits * Long-term growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling company
