Digital Commerce Support Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Digital Commerce Support Executive to support and grow our online sales channels across e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of operations, marketing, and creative work in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will play a key role in managing our online storefronts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, enhancing product presentation, and supporting digital marketing initiatives for both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations

  • Manage and maintain company web portal and e-commerce (company website) and/or marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, eBay) platforms
  • Oversee product listings, content updates, pricing, inventory accuracy, and promotional campaigns
  • Process online orders, coordinate packing, and arrange shipments
  • Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to increase sales and visibility

Digital Content & Marketing Support

  • Create and upload new product listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality visuals
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across platforms
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
  • Support customer engagement through timely responses to inquiries and after-sales assistance

Creative & Media Production

  • Design in-house graphics and marketing materials for online promotions and retail signage
  • Assist with product photography and basic video editing
  • Support creative content development for marketing initiatives

General

  • Provide operational and administrative support for digital commerce initiatives
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / Nitec or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management
    (Entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome to apply)

Technical Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
  • Working knowledge of WooCommerce and/or Shopee/Lazada/eBay is required
  • Experience with product photography, video editing, and content creation is a plus

Competencies

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Creative, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Advantage

  • Basic knowledge or interest in bicycles and cycling products

Working Hours

  • 5.5-day work week
  • Monday– Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30pm
