Digital Construction (Mechanical/Plumbing) Deputy Team Manager


We’re looking for a BIM expert with leadership capability to take on a key role in delivering high-quality Mechanical/Plumbing models while supporting team operations and performance.


This role combines technical excellence, project ownership, and team leadership—ideal for someone ready to step up as a second-in-command and future leader.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of accurate, constructible BIM models (Revit) for Mechanical/Plumbing projects
  • Perform clash detection, coordination, and model validation using tools like Navisworks
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Enforce and improve BIM standards, workflows, and QC processes
  • Act as Team Manager backup (OIC) and support day-to-day team operations
  • Lead team meetings, coaching, and performance support
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and global teams
  • Identify project issues (quality, timeline, productivity) and drive solutions proactively
  • Support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare RFIs, reports, and project documentation as needed


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Sanitary Engineering, or related
  • Strong experience in Revit and BIM modeling (Mechanical/Plumbing)
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems, plan reading, and constructability
  • Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows
  • Proven ability to manage tasks, projects, or small teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision



Plus Points:

  • Master Plumber License or BIM Certification
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM360
  • Familiarity with US construction standards or Agile/Scrum



Work Setup

  • Initial onsite assignment (up to 6 months): Makati, QC, or Alabang
  • Hybrid after regularization (2 days WFH/week)
  • Schedule may vary depending on project needs
