About the Role
As a Digital Consultant, you will help clients reach their business goals by managing digital performance strategy and execution across key channels. The team delivers effective performance marketing initiatives, and this role will own campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting while acting as a key digital point of contact for clients.
This is a hybrid position.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display performance campaigns (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases.

  • Strong data interpretation skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting—while coordinating effectively with internal teams throughout delivery.

  • Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Act as one of the digital focal points for clients on all digital marketing activities and trends, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ensure best practices and drive innovation across all digital initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and contributing constructively across the team.

  • Work with the digital manager in coordinating and motivating the team, fostering an effective and positive work environment.

  • Build strong relationships across Client Management and cross-channel teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Communication or similar fields.

  • 2+ years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work with limited supervision and deliver high-quality results.

  • Proficient in search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Expertise in DSPs such as DV360 and Adform is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools.

  • Strong data interpretation skills and financial acumen, with the ability to plan work clearly, prioritize tasks, and execute against agreed goals.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

  • Proficient in campaign financial reporting in AdBox/NetBox.

Pay Range

In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are sharing the pay range for this role. The final offer will be determined based on relevant skills, competencies, experience, and internal equity.
Salary range: €28,000 - €35,000
