Job Description

Are you interested in technology, digital tools and process improvement? Do you enjoy looking for practical solutions that make daily work easier and more efficient? Then this internship at P&G Mechelen could be a great opportunity for you.

At our site in Mechelen, we produce dishwasher tablets and operate an important distribution center. During this 3-month internship, you will contribute to the digital journey of our distribution center, supporting projects that help improve the way our teams work through data, automation and digital solutions.

We are looking for an intern who can start as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

During your internship, you will work on digital improvement projects with real impact on the daily operations of the distribution center. Depending on business needs, your tasks may include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of digital tools.
  • Helping improve existing processes through data, automation or dashboards.
  • Working together with operational teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Translating business problems into practical digital solutions.
  • Supporting reporting, analytics and process visibility.
  • Contributing to the further digitalization of the Mechelen distribution center.

You will get the opportunity to work closely with different teams on site and gain hands-on experience in a real operational environment.

Job Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You are a good fit if you:

  • Are currently studying for a master’s degree.
  • Are available for a 3-month internship.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
  • Are fluent in English. Dutch is not required.
  • Have an interest in digitalization, automation, data, IT or process improvement.
  • Are curious, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Can communicate clearly and work well with different teams..
