We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Journalism Intern<\/b> to join our fast\-paced newsroom. This role requires real\-time news reporting, digital content creation, and multimedia storytelling skills.<\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>News & Consistent Content Creation<\/b>
<\/h3>- Publish a minimum of 10 news articles daily<\/b> on politics, entertainment, business, and trending stories.
<\/li>- Write fast, accurate, and engaging news stories<\/b> while ensuring factual integrity.
<\/li>- Track and report breaking news in real time<\/b> to keep Uliza Links active and relevant.
<\/li>- Develop exclusive and original stories<\/b> beyond trending topics.
<\/li><\/ul>Digital Media & Content Production<\/b>
<\/h3>- Create visually appealing news graphics using Canva.<\/b>
<\/li>- Edit short\-form videos using CapCut<\/b> for social media platforms.
<\/li>- Conduct voice\-over tests<\/b> and on\-camera news reporting<\/b> for digital content.
<\/li>- Engage with audiences on social media<\/b> by posting and promoting news content.
<\/li><\/ul>Constructive Journalism & Ethical Reporting<\/b>
<\/h3>- Ensure credibility and fairness<\/b> in all news reporting\u2014no misinformation, no sensationalism.<\/b>
<\/li>- Uphold ethical journalism standards and fact\-check all stories.
<\/li> - Work with editors to refine storytelling and optimize content for digital audiences.
<\/li><\/ul>
Qualifications & Skills Required<\/b>
<\/h2>- Bachelor\u2019s degree (or ongoing studies) in Journalism, Media, Communication, or a related field.<\/b>
<\/li>- Strong writing & editing skills<\/b> with a passion for news reporting.
<\/li>- Ability to write and publish multiple news stories daily.<\/b>
<\/li>- Proficiency in Canva (for graphics) and CapCut (for video editing).<\/b>
<\/li>- Experience in voice\-over and on\-camera reporting.<\/b>
<\/li>- Fast learner with a strong understanding of social media trends.<\/b>
<\/li>- Self\-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a fast\-paced newsroom.<\/b>
