Key Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks including report generation, documentation management, and meeting coordination
• Assist in creating, editing, and distributing communication collaterals such as posters, banners, and patient education materials
• Upload and manage information and digital assets on internal and external platforms
• Assist in managing corporate gifts, including inventory, sourcing, and distribution
• Support planning and coordination of events and engagement activities
• Assist in sponsorship, donation, and fundraising-related administrative support
• Liaise with vendors and support departmental operational needs
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Design, or related discipline
