Hiring: Digital Marketing & Engagement Specialist
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Work Structure - Onsite for the first 4 months of resumption, and hybrid subsequently
Remuneration - N350,000 monthly net + other benefits and allowances

Job Purpose
To develop and implement effective digital marketing and audience strategies that will strengthen the organization’s online presence, increase brand visibility, and foster meaningful interaction with target audiences across digital platforms in support of the organization’s goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Digital marketing strategy and execution
* Content development and management
* Audience engagement
* Analytics and reporting
* Partnership and campaign support

Knowledge/Skills
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
* Understanding of SEO, SEM and online advertising
* Excellent content creation and storytelling
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Education and Work Experience
* First degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design/Media Production, Public Relations, or other related fields
* Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience
