Digital Marketing Lead

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing activities that support brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to create content, manage digital channels, and support marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution
  • Support demand generation activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials, presentations, and events

Content & Channels

  • Create and publish content for digital channels such as LinkedIn, websites, and newsletters
  • Support development of product-related content in collaboration with internal teams
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across marketing communications

Platforms & Tools

  • Support the maintenance and use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and WordPress
  • Maintain and update contact databases and marketing assets
  • Assist with website updates, including content management and SEO improvements

Market Insights & Analytics

  • Conduct market research and support analysis of marketing data and performance
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to reporting and insights to inform future activities

Events & Coordination

  • Support planning and coordination of trade shows, events, and webinars
  • Assist with logistics and marketing materials for external engagements

What You Bring

Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles
  • Experience working with digital platforms, campaigns, or content creation
  • Exposure to B2B or technology-focused marketing is helpful but not required

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, or marketing software
  • Interest in working with technical products or concepts
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work

Tools & Knowledge

  • HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
  • LinkedIn content management and analytics
  • WordPress or similar content management systems
  • SEO or keyword research tools
  • Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
