Digital Marketing Manager
- Lead the development and execution of long\-term digital marketing strategies in alignment with the organization\u2019s business objectives and growth plans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Provide strategic oversight while remaining hands\-on in digital performance, including monitoring KPIs, analyzing data trends, and ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of marketing initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage and control digital marketing budgets through direct planning, execution and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost efficiency, and maximum return on investment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead, mentor, and supervise internal digital marketing teams through direct contribution and guidance, in addition to managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure brand consistency, governance, and alignment across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Define target audiences and oversee the development of data\-driven campaigns that effectively engage, inform, and convert users.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee website and digital platform management, including content governance, product setup, merchandising, and performance reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders, including IT, creative, commercial, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead and execute public relations (PR) activities, including media relations, press communications, and coordination with external PR partners to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Own and actively drive monetization strategies across all brands and digital channels, ensuring alignment with business and revenue objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify, implement, and optimize monetization techniques such as advertising models, partnerships, sponsored content, and performance\-based revenue streams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for strategy development, campaign leadership, and online revenue growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- High level of proficiency in web analytics, performance tracking, and measurement tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with proven experience leveraging data\-driven insights to develop and execute growth strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
