About the role
We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to step into a strategic role and shape the future of digital marketing at Bluecurrent.
In this role, you’ll lead digital marketing from strategy through to delivery, you’ll drive performance, innovation, and measurable outcomes aligned to Bluecurrent’s goals.
What success looks like in this role:
- Digital marketing is well planned, prioritised, and consistently delivered, supporting business and marketing goals.
- Campaigns and digital activity generate engagement, leads, and measurable value.
- Platforms and systems are managed, integrated, and enabling efficient delivery at scale.
- Data and insights are used to continuously improve performance, targeting, and outcomes.
- Clear processes and ways of working are established, improving efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- You bring a continuous improvement mindset - introducing new ideas and tools - building capability and driving innovation.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong digital marketing expertise with a proactive, future-focused mindset. You will ideally bring:
- Experience delivering high quality end-to-end B2B digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, LinkedIn, websites, and events.
- The ability to work across digital marketing platforms, systems, and workflows (CRM, CMS, and campaign tools).
- Experience managing data, segmentation, and customer journeys to support lead generation and conversion.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to measure performance and continuously improve results.
- Experience setting up or working within measurement frameworks (e.g. tracking, reporting, testing) to understand impact.
- Proficiency in AI technologies in marketing-related applications, with a strong understanding on how to apply AI and strong judgement around data governance, privacy, and responsible use of data.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders and continuously improve how digital marketing is delivered.
