    Job Summary<\/b>

    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns<\/b> on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads<\/b> to generate leads for our Media, Solar, and Cleantech verticals.
    <\/p>

    This is an execution\-focused role<\/b>, ideal for a marketer who understands performance metrics, enjoys working with real budgets, and wants exposure to B2B, EPC, and high\-value services marketing<\/b>.

    Key Responsibilities<\/b>

    1. Google Ads Management<\/b>
    <\/h4>
    • Create and manage Search campaigns<\/b> for:
      <\/p>

      • Solar Rooftop EPC (Commercial & Residential)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • PR, Exhibition & Conference Promotion services
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and basic bid optimization
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Monitor daily spend, CTR, CPC, and Cost Per Lead (CPL)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Add negative keywords to reduce wasteful spend
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        2. LinkedIn Ads Management<\/b>
        <\/h4>
        • Run B2B lead generation campaigns<\/b> targeting:
          <\/p>

          • Marketing Heads, Event Managers (Media vertical)
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Business Owners, Plant Heads, CXOs (Solar & Cleantech)
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms effectively
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Optimize targeting by job title, industry, company size, and geography
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            3. Lead Handling & Reporting<\/b>
            <\/h4>
            • Download and maintain daily leads in Excel / Google Sheets
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Share leads with the sales team in a timely manner
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Prepare weekly performance reports<\/b> (Spend vs Leads vs CPL)
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              4. Creative & Coordination<\/b>
              <\/h4>
              • Coordinate with internal teams for ad creatives and landing page content
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Use Canva<\/b> for basic ad creatives if required
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Test ad headlines, descriptions, and CTAs
                <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Requirements<\/h3>

                Experience<\/b>

                • 1\u20133 years of hands\-on experience in Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads<\/b>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Experience in B2B lead generation or service\-based marketing<\/b> preferred
                  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  Technical Skills<\/b>

                  • Google Ads (Search campaigns \u2013 mandatory)
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Lead Gen Ads \u2013 mandatory)

                  • Basic understanding of:

                    • Conversion tracking concepts

                    • MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic reporting)
