Digital Marketing Planner

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Planner to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that accelerate brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role will work closely with Branding, CRM, Social Media, Product, and Commercial teams to build integrated digital campaigns and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution and a deep understanding of digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across Paid Media, Social Media, CRM, SEO, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Content Marketing.

  • Build go-to-market plans for product launches and major campaigns.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across acquisition and retention channels.

  • Manage media plans, campaign calendars, budgets, and performance tracking.

  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to improve ROI and marketing efficiency.

Customer Growth & Retention

  • Partner with CRM and Product teams to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation and customer journey optimization.

  • Support lifecycle marketing and customer retention initiatives.

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging digital opportunities.

  • Prepare campaign reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all digital channels.

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media Planning, or Marketing Strategy.

  • Strong understanding of Paid Media, CRM, Social Media, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns and performance KPIs.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Experience managing campaign budgets and media planning.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent Portuguese and professional English communication skills.

  • Willing to work on-site in São Paulo.

  • Experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, Online Gaming, Entertainment, E-commerce, or Consumer Technology.

  • Experience launching new brands, products, or markets.

  • Experience working with CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing.

  • Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments.

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems in Brazil.

  • Experience collaborating with international or regional marketing teams.
