Digital Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll be the architect behind our digital presence working closely with business units, creative teams, and external partners to deliver measurable impact.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Content Strategy: Collaborate on video, podcast, webinar, and brochure content to support acquisition and brand initiatives
- SEO & SEM: Drive organic and paid search performance through keyword strategy, content optimization, and analytics
- Email Marketing: Build and manage segmented campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Social Media: Own the calendar and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate insights, and recommend improvements using tools like GA4, Power BI, or Data Studio
- Web Management: Update and optimize website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with BU managers, sales teams, and external agencies

- Works cross-functionally with designers, developers, and BU managers to ensure campaigns are not only beautiful but also business-aligned.
- Not afraid to think outside the box
- 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
- Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with CRM tools, and marketing automation
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Video editing, podcast production, or graphic design experience
- Compliant to all SGS QOH&S and HR policies and procedure
- Granted sufficient authority to achieve the given responsibilities as per relevant SGS Authority policies
- Responsible for daily safety and health of site employees (or those reporting to this site) on behalf of SGS upper management and for raising issues to SGS upper management where required
- Ensure all people at the site are adequately inducted in safety and health for each area they are expected to work in
- Ensuring safety and health inductions are carried out, documented and are relevant to the workplace
- Ensuring all safety and health information, materials and resources are disseminated throughout the workforce as required.
- Ensure all people at the site (or reporting to the site) have the skills, knowledge and ability required to undertake their work safely
- Ensuring the whole site is kept up to a good standard of housekeeping at all times
- Ensuring emergency plans are in place and practiced at regular intervals and that all emergency equipment is in place and is ready for use at any time
- Responsible for the site’s performance in terms of injuries, illnesses, near misses and incidents
- As far as able, prevent injury, manage injuries and facilitate early return to work programs at the workplace
- Nominated Quality Management System representative for ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 for this site
