Digital Performance Specialist
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure, and efficiency
Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated execution and accurate reporting
Prepare performance reports and client-facing presentation
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)
Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Good client-facing and communication skills
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
