Digital Performance Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms to maximize ROI

  • Analyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendations

  • Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

  • Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure, and efficiency

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated execution and accurate reporting

  • Prepare performance reports and client-facing presentation

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Good client-facing and communication skills

  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
