Digital Risk Protection Specialist
You will monitor and respond to counterfeits, impersonation, pirated content, and unauthorized sellers across online marketplaces, social media, and other digital platforms. You will analyze infringement trends and market data to derive actionable insights, propose and help implement tailored protection strategies for brand clients, and provide feedback to improve AI-based protection tools. You will collaborate with Legal, AI, and Customer Success teams to refine protection processes and proactively identify new digital risks and response strategies in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to counterfeits, impersonation, pirated content, and unauthorized sales across online marketplaces, social media, and other digital platforms
- Provide feedback as a primary user of AI-based brand protection solutions and contribute to product and operational efficiency improvements
- Analyze infringement trends and market data to derive insights
- Collaborate with clients to propose and support implementation of tailored protection strategies
- Collaborate with Legal, AI, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve brand protection processes
- Proactively identify new risks and develop response strategies in a fast-changing environment
Requirements

- Ability to analyze trends and derive insights from data
- Communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-changing startup environment
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and strong execution capability
- Basic English communication skills
