Digital Risk Protection Specialist (Shift Available)
You will monitor e-commerce marketplaces, social media, and other digital platforms for counterfeits, impersonation, piracy, and unauthorized sellers, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them. You will analyze infringement trends and market data to generate actionable insights and support tailored protection strategies for brand clients. You will provide feedback on AI-based monitoring tools to improve product and operational effectiveness, and work with legal, AI, and customer stakeholders to continuously improve brand protection processes. You will proactively identify emerging digital risks and establish response plans across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to counterfeits, impersonation, piracy, and unauthorized sellers across online marketplaces and social media
- Provide product feedback as a primary user of AI based brand protection solutions
- Analyze infringement trends and market data to derive actionable insights
- Propose and support execution of customized protection strategies for brand clients
- Collaborate with legal, AI, and customer success stakeholders to improve protection processes
- Identify emerging digital risks proactively and develop response strategies
- Build and maintain detection and response frameworks across digital channels
Requirements
- Open to entry level applicants with strong interest and willingness to learn brand protection
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights
- Effective communication and problem solving to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Adaptability to a fast changing startup environment
- Proactive attitude and strong execution
- Basic English communication skills
