Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Digital Solution Lead, located in Taipei, Taiwan.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Job Overview

The Digital Solution Lead plays a critical role in leading the development of capital selling processes, establishing service and repair operations, and driving clinical and digital adoption within the Orthopaedics business. This role will play a key part in enhancing our digital platform competitiveness while accelerating procedural adoption. This position reports to the National Sales Lead and is expected to evolve into a people leadership role, with responsibility for building and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured capital equipment selling process, and actively drive capital selling initiatives to support business growth and improve sales effectiveness.

  • Establish and standardize service & repair SOPs to ensure high-quality, efficient after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including training and product education.

  • Drive the adoption of Orthopaedics digital tools and procedures, working closely with surgeons and clinical teams.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to increase implant utilization and sales performance through integrated solutions.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of the Orthopaedics digital platform, including workflow optimization and user engagement.

  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales, marketing, service, and clinical teams to ensure aligned execution.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Business, or related field

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in Orthopaedics, medical devices, or the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and surgical procedures (Orthopaedics preferred).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects independently.

  • Excellent communication and influence skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in capital equipment sales, service operations, or digital health solutions is highly desirable.

  • Prior people management experience is preferred.

  • Prior experience within orthopedics or medical devices.

Other:

  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin & English

  • Travel: Regular domestic travel within Taiwan

  • Certifications: Not required
