<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Assist in assembly operations<\/b> of mechanical systems and\n components under supervision.<\/span>
<\/li>- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T (Geometric\n Dimensions & Tolerating)<\/b> principles.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work with suppliers for new component development\u2014ensuring quality,\n timelines, and coordination<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/li>- Use various mechanical tools and power tools<\/b> safely and\n effectively.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work with materials (metals, plastics) and apply basic material\n knowledge in practical tasks.<\/span>
<\/li>- Use measurement and inspection instruments (vernier calipers,\n micrometers, gauge blocks, etc.) to verify parts meet specifications.<\/span>
<\/li>- Understand and assist in manufacturing processes<\/b>: VMC /\n CNC machining, turning, milling, EDM, sheet metal work, surface treatments\n (electroplating, powder coating, laser cutting, bending, marking).<\/span>
<\/li>- Learn basic metallurgy and heat treatment<\/b> processes,\n their effects on material properties.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support continuous improvement initiatives\u2014identify areas for\n process optimization and efficiency.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain documentation: component specs, inspection logs,\n process sheets, deviations, supplier records.<\/span>

Required Qualifications & Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>Educational<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering<\/span><\/b> or Diploma in Production / Manufacturing Engineering<\/b> (or\n equivalent).<\/span>
<\/li>- Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of relevant internship /\n hands\-on experience is an advantage.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Technical Skills<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Good ability to read and interpret engineering drawings<\/b> and GD&T.<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with mechanical tools (Allen keys, screwdrivers,\n wrenches, cutters, etc.).<\/span>
<\/li>- Basic knowledge of materials (metals, plastics) and how they\n behave under various conditions.<\/span>
<\/li>- Competency using measuring / inspection instruments accurately.<\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding (or willingness to learn) manufacturing\n processes: machining (lathe, milling, VMC), sheet metal, EDM, surface\n treatment.<\/span>
