Direct Care Lead PM
Lead Direct Care Staff will\nprovide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also\ncontinually supervising students. Supervise at night & assist students (ages\n12yrs to17yrs) with online education & TC Curriculum when applicable. Minimum\nage requirement is 21yrs old. Option: full\-time position.<\/span> Qualifications<\/span><\/b> ● She/He shall be a person of\nspiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full\nagreement with the ATCOT mission statement<\/span> ● Complete the Effective\nBiblical Counseling course or an equivalent course<\/span> ● Knowledge of Christian\ndiscipleship and mentor relationships<\/span> ● High School Diploma or GED<\/span> ● Ideally credentialed as a\nminister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship<\/span> ● 30 hours of training in\nchildcare or related field (Provided by ATCOT Adolescent annual in\-service)<\/span> ● Maintain First Aid and CPR\ncertification (Certification training provided by ATCOT)<\/span> ● A background check and\npastoral reference is required<\/span> Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b> ● College degree or work\nexperience equivalence<\/span> ● At least 1 year full time\nministry experience<\/span> ● A good driving record<\/span> Relationships<\/span><\/b> ● The Lead Direct Care staff is\nresponsible to the Campus Coordinator and Director<\/span> Will primarily serve as a\nminister to students in the Adolescent program (12yr TO 17yr old).<\/span> Responsibilities include but\nnot be limited to:<\/span> ● Conduct Bible studies<\/span> ● Lead prayer<\/span> ● Disciple students<\/span> ● Conduct evangelistic outreach<\/span> ● Engage in religious\ninstruction<\/span> ● Work with other departments\nto comply with all TCUSA & Texas DFPS regulations<\/span> ● Participate in campus events\nand chapels as required<\/span> ● Supervision (following staff\ncheck off list responsibilities), mentoring, and interacting with residents\nduring various activities, which may include but is not limited to online\nschool, TC Curriculum, work periods, free time, and recreational activities<\/span> ● Administer discipline as is\nnecessary according to ATCOT THRIVE policies<\/span> ● Minister to students as\nopportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions<\/span> ● Become a mentor to students<\/span> ● All other duties as assigned by Director
