Direct Care Staff - 3rd Shift

Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising THRIVE students. Full time.

Qualifications<\/b>

  • S/he shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement

  • Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships
    <\/li>
  • High School Diploma or GED
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Responsibilities\-Duties:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    The 3rd<\/sup> shift Direct Care staff is responsible to the Campus Manager and LEAD Staff
    <\/p>

    • Regular student check during your shift
      <\/li>
    • Work with other departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations
      <\/li>
    • Laundry
      <\/li>
    • Assist and prepare breakfast for next shift
      <\/li>
    • Stock paper products in closet
      <\/li>
    • Check messages on phone write list
      <\/li>
    • Set house alarm/charge cameras
      <\/li>
    • Use the checklist to check supplies
      <\/li>
    • Search for contraband in rec room, living room, and dining room
      <\/li>
    • Check: air filters, light bulb and water container
      <\/li>
    • Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies
      <\/li>
    • Minister to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions
      <\/li>
    • Become a mentor to students
      <\/li>
    • All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager
      <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>

        Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/u>
        <\/div>
        • 30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE)
          <\/li>
        • Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
          <\/li>
        • At least 1 year full time ministry experience
          <\/li><\/ul>
