Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • A clear testimony of faith and\n evidence of spiritual maturity<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Full agreement with the ATCOT\n mission statement<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Understanding of Christian\n discipleship and a heart for mentoring youth<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • At least 21 years of age<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • High School Diploma or GED<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Willingness to complete 30 hours\n of childcare or related training (provided by NHCA)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Commitment to maintain First Aid\n and CPR certification (training provided)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Able to Pass a Background Check to work with Adolescence <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
