Direct Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell wellness packages and related services to customers.
- Conduct outdoor/on-the-road sales activities, roadshows and customer outreach programmes.
- Approach and engage potential customers professionally and confidently.
- Explain wellness packages, promotions, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist in setting up and supporting sales events, booths, and promotional activities.
- Gather market feedback and report customer trends to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales records and customer information.
- Represent the company positively and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in direct sales, roadshows, retail, wellness, healthcare or beauty sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to different locations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work weekends or public holidays when required for occasional events or roadshows.
Preferred Qualities:
- Energetic, enthusiastic and customer-focused personality.
- Experience in roadshows, event sales, or corporate wellness programmes.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers from different backgrounds.
Working Conditions:
