About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Food Nutrition segment, where we bring people together through flavour.

Role Title: Direct to Site Scheduler
Location: Wyong NSW
Reporting to: Factory Logistics Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of raw and packaging materials to align with production schedules and prevent downtime.

  • Monitor the inbound pipeline to hit inventory targets, proactively mitigate supply risks, and optimize freight and material costs.

  • Act as the key system user, maintaining accurate SAP data (materials, planning parameters, and supplier info).

  • Place purchase orders, manage forecasts, validate supplier invoices, and resolve discrepancies with the Accounts team.

  • Build strong relationships with vendors to drive performance, support integration initiatives, and ensure reliable supply.

  • Work cross-functionally with warehouse, quality, commercial, and production teams while driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency.

Your unique ingredients:

  • Experience in a complex Supply Planning function, ideally in a similar FMCG or manufacturing.

  • Experience with ERP purchasing systems preferred, or exposure to similar inventory and procurement management systems.

  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented.

  • Collaborative Communicator.
