Director, Asset Management (Engineering and Finance)

You will oversee the strategic direction and financial performance of energy infrastructure and data center assets. You will manage the entire asset lifecycle from commercialization through major reinvestment projects, allocate capital, underwrite investments, and optimize contractual and operational terms. You will negotiate and manage utility agreements, power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and real estate contracts. You will translate infrastructure performance into clear financial results and present recommendations to executive stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic direction and financial performance of energy infrastructure and data center portfolio
  • Manage entire asset lifecycle from commercialization through major reinvestment projects
  • Allocate capital and underwrite investments for large-scale assets
  • Negotiate and manage Utility Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, interconnection agreements, and real estate contracts
  • Translate infrastructure performance into financial results and expectations for executives
  • Lead cross-functional teams and present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in energy infrastructure, utilities, or power generation
  • Expert-level financial modeling and underwriting skills
  • Experience managing capital deployment for large-scale assets
  • Significant experience negotiating and managing power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, regulatory compliance, and real estate contracts
  • History of leading multi-site portfolios and optimizing cost structures
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to C-suite stakeholders and board members
