We are looking for a responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and coordination for the Director in a renovation company setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project and operational tasks to support renovation activities effectively
- Manage daily scheduling and calendar to ensure timely appointments and meetings
- Arrange and provide transportation support for the Director’s business needs
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and assist clients with relevant information
- Perform general administrative and operational duties to maintain smooth office workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence to fulfill transportation duties
- Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to liaise with clients and team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Experience or familiarity with social media posting to support marketing efforts(Plus point)
- Background in interior design to better understand renovation project requirements (Plus Point)
