We are looking for a responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and coordination for the Director in a renovation company setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project and operational tasks to support renovation activities effectively
  • Manage daily scheduling and calendar to ensure timely appointments and meetings
  • Arrange and provide transportation support for the Director’s business needs
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and assist clients with relevant information
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties to maintain smooth office workflow

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence to fulfill transportation duties
  • Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to liaise with clients and team members

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Experience or familiarity with social media posting to support marketing efforts(Plus point)
  • Background in interior design to better understand renovation project requirements (Plus Point)
