Director, Commercial Development

You will lead and execute a commercial development agenda for data center services. You will drive revenue growth by pursuing high-potential clients in the AI sector, build and maintain critical client relationships, oversee strategic planning, and lead a high performing team to execute on growth objectives. You will stay informed on industry trends and technology to shape strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for data center services.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with high-potential clients in the AI sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations.
  • Assemble and lead a high-performing commercial team to support growth objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles within data center or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in securing significant commercial agreements and driving revenue growth.
  • Established relationships with key players in hyperscale and enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, along with strategic planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology or related field, MBA preferred.
