Director, Commercial Development
You will lead and execute a commercial development agenda for data center services. You will drive revenue growth by pursuing high-potential clients in the AI sector, build and maintain critical client relationships, oversee strategic planning, and lead a high performing team to execute on growth objectives. You will stay informed on industry trends and technology to shape strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for data center services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with high-potential clients in the AI sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations.
- Assemble and lead a high-performing commercial team to support growth objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles within data center or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record in securing significant commercial agreements and driving revenue growth.
- Established relationships with key players in hyperscale and enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.
- Negotiation and communication skills, along with strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology or related field, MBA preferred.
