Director Enterprise Sales EMEA

You will own the Southern Europe enterprise revenue end-to-end: build pipeline, forecast and attain targets. You will coach and develop Enterprise AEs, participate actively in high‑value customer meetings, and build C‑level relationships at priority accounts. You will design and execute territory go‑to‑market strategies with Marketing, SDRs and Solutions Engineering, accurately report on team activity and revenue, remove deal blockers with Product/CS/Legal, and recruit top enterprise sales talent.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Southern Europe enterprise revenue number including pipeline generation, forecasting, and attainment
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs focused on complex, high-value deals
  • Participate in key customer and prospect meetings
  • Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute a territory go-to-market strategy with Marketing, SDR leadership, and Solutions Engineering
  • Accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue
  • Recruit top enterprise sales talent and build a culture of accountability
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive roundtables
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Legal to remove deal blockers and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs
  • Identify new enterprise verticals and account segments with strong product-market fit

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment
  • Hands-on leader comfortable coaching on live deals and participating in important meetings
  • Deep familiarity with the Southern Europe enterprise landscape
  • Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles including procurement, legal, and security processes
  • Proven track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets and improving team performance
  • Experience selling to engineering, DevOps, or IT leadership
  • Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem is a plus
  • Based in London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid
