Childcare Center Director

Argyle Early Learning Center is seeking a motivated and supportive Director to lead our new childcare program. This is a great opportunity to help build a center from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the center

• Lead, support, and manage staff

• Ensure licensing compliance and quality standards

• Build strong relationships with families

• Support enrollment growth and program development

Qualifications:

• Previous childcare leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Wisconsin childcare licensing (or willingness to learn)

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of Teaching in an early childhood program

• At least 5 years of Managing in an early childhood program

Pay:

• Hourly position (based on experience) $22-$29
