Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day Installation of complex Audio Visual systems
Direct the development of installations
Work with clients, contractors, project managers, and other technicians to successfully deploy projects
Responsible for growing revenue and profitability by expanding the company's integrated solutions
Integrate various technologies and systems seamlessly
Working effectively and efficiently while providing the highest quality craftsmanship
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste and maximize productivity
Install the highest quality systems possible, utilizing the best industry practices and code compliance
Maintain and cultivate positive public relations with Hotel account
Maintain positive employee relations, strong team-player orientation, and communication standards.
Effectively utilize the company's business software
Maintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self.
Maintain a positive attitude when faced with daily challenges
Other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

Experience leading Audio Visual system installation including hands-on installation and wiring
Experience with audiovisual rack work, site preparation, hardware set-up, and calibration of audiovisual equipment
Customer service and sub-contractor management skills
Well versed in Audio Visual termination and cabling
Proficient knowledge of Audio Visual Systems and Technology
Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and schematics
Ability to perform rapidly and precisely under pressure
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
