Director - Integration & Transformation

Job Purpose : The Dir , Integration & Transformation is a senior leader reporting directly to the Country Director, responsible for orchestrating end to end execution of the company’s strategy by integrating operations, business development, transformation initiatives, and functional delivery.

The role exists to eliminate silos, accelerate decision making, and ensure that growth ambitions, operational capacity, and execution discipline remain tightly aligned. The role acts as the Country Director’s chief integrator—ensuring that what the organization decides is what the organization delivers.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise leader who has repeatedly translated strategy into results balancing growth, risk, and execution at scale . He/she will be accountable for end-to-end operational performance of the India business, including service delivery, customer experience, cost efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience.

Primary Job Accountabilities/
Responsibilities

Strategy to Execution Integration
• Translate Country strategy into an integrated enterprise execution roadmap with clear sequencing, ownership, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment between strategic priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions
• Act as the central integrator across operations, BD, technology, finance, people, and transformation initiatives

Operations & Business Development Alignment

• Integrate business development initiatives with operational readiness, scalability, and delivery capability
• Ensure new growth initiatives, partnerships, market entries, and acquisitions are execution ready, not just commercially attractive
• Balance growth velocity with operational resilience and risk discipline

Enterprise Operating Model & Governance

• Design and continuously refine the enterprise operating model, including decision rights, governance forums, and cross functional cadence
• Establish clear accountability frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, execution dashboards) across functions and regions
• Reduce friction, duplication, and ambiguity across leadership layers

Transformation & Integration Leadership

• Own execution of large scale transformations (operating model shifts, M&A integrations, digital/AI enablement)
• Apply repeatable integration playbooks (Day 1 to Day 100) to ensure speed, consistency, and cultural alignment
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks early, escalating where required

Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Legal & Technology Alignment

• Serve as the primary integrator between business execution and enterprise control functions, ensuring that legal, compliance, risk, and technology considerations are embedded upfront in strategy, operating decisions, and growth initiatives rather than addressed reactively.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology leaders to:
• Ensure new business models, partnerships, market entries, acquisitions, and operating model changes are designed to be compliant, resilient, and scalable by design.
• Translate regulatory, legal, and risk requirements into practical execution guardrails that enable speed without compromising control.
• Ensure technology roadmaps are directly aligned to business priorities and operating model needs, enabling:
• Scalable growth
• Secure and compliant operations
• Effective data, automation, and digital enablement


County Director & Executive Team Enablement

• Act as a thought partner to the Country Director and the leadership team, enabling focus on external stakeholders, growth, and future positioning
• Drive enterprise wide prioritization and trade off decisions when capacity or resources are constrained
• Oversee operating expenses, Tech investments and productivity with a focus on ROI
• Serve as an integrative force across the executive leadership team, ensuring collective ownership of outcomes
