What you\u2019ll be doing<\/b>

\u2022 Partner with Product, Design, and Business leadership to define and own the mobile strategy, influence prioritization and trade\-offs, and ensure delivery of high\-impact B2C outcomes.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Own the mobile engineering roadmap and execution strategy, ensuring predictable and synchronized delivery across Android and iOS platforms.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Set and evolve the architectural direction for Android, iOS, and shared mobile components, balancing scalability, speed, and long\-term maintainability.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of Android and iOS applications integrated with cloud\-based backend services.

\u2022 Build, scale, and lead high\-performing mobile teams and leaders, owning hiring strategy, performance standards, career growth, and succession planning.

\u2022 Provide technical and organizational leadership, guiding high\-impact design decisions, unblocking systemic issues, and enabling teams to operate autonomously.

What you\u2019ll need<\/b>

\u2022 10+ years of engineering experience with a deep mobile background and a strong understanding of consumer mobile platforms.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Proven experience leading and scaling multiple mobile teams, including managing Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong architectural judgment with the ability to set technical direction and make trade\-offs
<\/div>
<\/div>
across Android, iOS, and shared mobile components.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Experience building and scaling B2C mobile products that integrate with cloud services, APIs, and real\-time systems.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong understanding of mobile quality, performance, reliability, and security, with accountability for production outcomes.
