The Director of Business Operations is a highly visible, strategic leadership role responsible for driving alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership across capital markets, development, planning, design, construction, and sales to create and refine standard operating procedures, oversee key business processes, and support legal and corporate reporting functions. This individual will play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing accountability, and ensuring consistency across departments, while helping to re-establish and support monthly strategic meetings and executive priorities.

This role is ideal for a driven, high-energy leader with a background in real estate development and a strong foundation in finance, who thrives in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment. Success in this position will be defined by the ability to quickly learn and integrate across multiple business functions, foster collaboration, and bring structure to complex, fast-moving priorities. The anticipated salary range for this position is $192,000 – $263,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, legal, finance or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or leadership roles within real estate, healthcare, or complex project-driven environments.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Nice to Have

  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or leadership roles within real estate, healthcare, or complex project-driven environments.
  • Proven experience operating at the executive level with direct exposure to C-suite and board dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of capital structures, joint ventures, and real estate development processes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including ability to align operational performance with investment outcomes.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating legal agreements in partnership with counsel.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations and build systems in a growth-oriented organization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
