Role Brief<\/b>

We are looking for a Director of Technology who brings a blend of strategic depth and hands\-on capability. You will drive the end\-to\-end technology and product vision, while also rolling up your sleeves to ensure high\-quality execution across all digital touchpoints. This is a builder\u2019s role \- perfect for someone who thrives in high\-growth environments, can architect scalable platforms and leads teams by example. You\u2019ll own engineering and product functions, ensuring alignment with the company\u2019s ambitious growth plans.

Role & Responsibilities<\/b>

● Define and own the tech and product vision aligned with Indus Action\u2019s mission, market needs and business goals.
<\/div>
● Architect and scale secure, user\-centric web and mobile platforms to expand welfare access.
<\/div>
● Lead cross\-functional teams across product, design, UX and engineering, fostering a high\-performance, innovation\-driven culture.
<\/div>
● Drive agile roadmaps with rapid iteration, ensuring responsiveness to user feedback and policy shifts.
<\/div>
● Implement best\-in\-class development practices, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and platform security.
<\/div>
● Oversee scalable data architecture, ethical data use and actionable analytics.
<\/div>
● Collaborate with government, operations and fundraising teams to drive product\-market fit.
<\/div>
● Stay ahead of general tech and AI trends to inform strategic decisions and product evolution.
<\/div>
● Partner closely with the CTO to shape organisational strategy with a strong tech\-product lens.

● Deep experience in building scalable, interoperable digital tools in low\-resource, high\-impact settings.

● Strong leadership in product strategy, UX for marginalised users and engineering execution.

● Hands\-on with cloud, microservices, DevOps, agile and secure system design.
<\/div>
● Adept at identifying inefficiencies and deploying tech to enhance service delivery and beneficiary impact.

The compensation range will be between 25\-30LPA, depending upon the qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
